Hello, you're in luck! I had a similar problem with my 2020 Ford Explorer. I'm not a car expert, but I have some experience with cars. In my case, the control unit was defective. I had it checked at my garage. The repair cost me around 1000 euros. Can you give me more detailed information about your vehicle? Engine type, mileage and so on? Maybe then I can help you even better.
