The ventilator is not working after the revision.

Good day. I own an Opel Crossland X with a 1.2 naturally aspirated engine and I have encountered a problem with the ventilation after having it serviced. The fan no longer works at all, regardless of the selected speed. I checked the 40A fuse under the hood and it is not blown. I disassembled the dashboard to check, but I found nothing wrong. Could you please tell me what the problem might be and what other checks I should make? Thank you very much.

Check the blower motor resistor, as it controls the fan speeds and can fail, causing the fan to stop working. If the resistor looks fine, inspect the blower motor itself for any signs of damage or disconnection. Let me know how it goes or if you have any further questions!

Where can I find that resistor? I removed the glove compartment but I didn't find that resistor.

The blower motor resistor is typically located near the blower motor itself, often behind the glove compartment or under the dashboard on the passenger side. Look for a small rectangular component with an electrical connector attached to it. If you're having trouble locating it, consult your vehicle's manual for the exact location. Let me know if you need more help or if you have any other questions!
