Skoda Yeti seat massage not working

I've got a bit of a weird one. The massage function on my seat has packed it in on my 2013 Skoda Yeti (diesel engine). No amount of button pushing seems to bring it back to life. I had a look with a basic OBD scanner and there's an error stored that mentions a defective cable or plug connection. Before I start tearing into the seats, has anyone seen this before? Is it a common thing with these luxury car features failing? Any advice?

Error stored usually points to something beyond a fuse. Does the lumbar support still work? Suspect the switch failure is the most likely culprit, but could be a break in the wiring loom to the car upholstery. Have you checked the connector under the seat?

Lumbar support is fine. Where exactly should I be looking for this connector? Don't want to start ripping things apart without a clue.

If the lumbar works, but the massage doesn't and there's a stored fault, it basically confirms the switch failure or the wiring right at the seat. You could try prodding the wires and connector under the seat while someone tries the switch. But honestly, you're probably best off having a workshop look at it before you cause more damage.

Took it to the shop as suggested, and they confirmed it was a dodgy connection as suspected. 95€ later and my bum's getting massaged again! Thanks for the input.
