Thanks for the quick response. Do you remember which connector it was specifically? My Skoda Roomster is a 2008 gasoline version, and I want to check all possible connections before taking it to a workshop. Is it a difficult fix, or is it something I can potentially handle myself?

I am unable to specify the exact connector, but it was under the driver's seat. If I were you, I would suggest having a qualified technician inspect the connections, especially if you are concerned about accidentally triggering the airbag. They would be able to properly diagnose it and check for any signs of corrosion or damage to the wiring. I ended up going to a workshop and they solved this issue relatively quickly.

The workshop found a faulty connector in the airbag system. They cleaned the contacts and secured the connection, and the airbag warning lamp is now off. The total cost was 95€. Hopefully, there won't be an airbag recall for this.

I also have a Skoda Roomster. I experienced a similar issue with the airbag warning light. In my case, it turned out to be a loose connection under one of the seats. Have you checked the connectors and wiring under the seats? Sometimes moving the seats can dislodge them, causing intermittent faults in the restraint system. The issue is related to car safety and should not be ignored.
