Skoda Kodiaq Sound System Failure

My 2022 Skoda Kodiaq with a gasoline engine is giving me grief. The sound system is completely dead. Error stored in the error memory. Seems like the display is defective.

Thanks for the help. The display was indeed defective, and I had to replace it. Cost me 725€.
