Skoda Kamiq Engine Stalling At Idle

My 2020 Skoda Kamiq with a Gasoline engine is giving me problems. It's got about 25913 km on it. The check engine light keeps coming on, and the error memory isn't empty. The main issue is that the engine stalls at idle. Could this be a faulty IAC valve?

Stalling at idle with the check engine light on? I had a similar issue with my Kamiq. Have you checked the throttle body? Is the engine idle speed erratic?

Throttle body location? Could I clean it myself? How can I tell if the idle air control valve is faulty?

The throttle body can get gunked up easily. Cleaning it might help, but if the IAC valve is truly faulty, you'll probably need to replace it. I'd take it to a workshop for something like that. Do you want to risk messing with the engine idle yourself?

The problem is solved. The intake was heavily contaminated. I had the throttle body cleaned and the IAC valve replaced. It set me back 425€, but the car is running smoothly now. Thanks for the assistance.
