Thank you for your reply! Where exactly is the fuse box located, and which fuse should I be looking at? And regarding the key fob, would that really affect all the door locks? I thought the keyless entry and car alarm were separate systems.

Yeah, the fuse box is usually under the steering wheel or in the engine compartment – check your owner's manual for the exact location and fuse diagram. A faulty fuse can definitely mess with the door locks. And while the keyless entry and alarm are separate, they often share components. The garage is probably right about the connection. I bet it'll be around 95€ to fix.

Oh my goodness, you were completely right! I took it to the workshop, and they found a defective plug connection. They replaced it, and the central locking is working perfectly again. The bill was 95€, just like you said it might be. Thank you so, so much for your help!

Sounds familiar. I had a similar issue with my Kamiq. Check the fuse box first; a blown fuse can cause all sorts of weird electrical problems. Also, have you tried the spare key fob? Could be a battery issue there.
