Hey there! Thanks for chiming in. My Ulysee has served me pretty well so far, clocked 89261 km till now. Had its last service at around 89000. If there's anything else you need to know beyond what I've mentioned, let me know. Hope this info helps you to advise me better. Cheers!

Hey, no problem! Considering your mileage, I'd suggest checking out a couple of things. Firstly, your fuel filter - it could be clogged restricting the flow of fuel to the engine, causing the drop in power and poor fuel economy. It's a pretty cheap fix if that's the issue. Secondly, I'd get the throttle body cleaned. I had that done on my Scudo, too, when I was dealing with similar issues. It can get gunked up over time, which might muck with your throttle valve potentiometer readings. Finally, your spark plugs and injectors might need a look as well, they could cause the engine jerk during acceleration and a sporadically functioning engine. At the end of the day, it's probably best to get a full diagnostic run at a reliable garage though. These are just some educated guesses based on my experience with my Scudo. Good luck! Let me know how you fare out! Cheers!

Thanks heaps for the detailed advice! Really appreciate the quick response. I'll definitely take into consideration what you've said, get those parts checked specially the throttle body and fuel filter. Full diagnostic at a good garage does sound like the sensible way to go. Will let you know what I find and how it goes. Cheers!

Hey! I had pretty much the same issue with my 2008 Fiat Scudo, so quite relatable. I'd say I've got some experience with cars, but definitely not a pro. Took mine to a local garage, turns out it was the internal mechanics of the throttle valve acting up. The mechs got it sorted for me, set me back €345.00 in total. Could you give us more info on your Ulysee though? anything else that could contribute to the symptoms you described? That'd make it easier to share more tips. Good luck!
