Seeking Advice for Troubleshooting Engine Issues on 2011 Nissan Livinia Gasoline

Hey all, I've got a bit of a head-scratcher here with my 2011 Nissan Livinia Gasoline. It's been giving me a hard time lately. Some of the symptoms it's showing are: the check engine light is on, power loss while running, engine isn't stable, jerky movements during acceleration, and it stalls and shakes while idling. My hunch is it might be something to do with the tank ventilation system or the DMTL valve, but I am not sure. Has anyone come across something similar, and how did you get it resolved? But, when my Nissan started acting up, I took it to my local workshop, and the problem turned out to be defective vent lines from the tank to the valve. I had them replaced and boom, like brand new again. It cost me around 205 Euro, but I reckon it was worth it. My Livinia's still under 62,000 KM mark hence I look after that one particularly. It looks like I'd also need to get those vent lines checked out then, as you said with your Qashqai. Yup, the aggravation definitely linked to having a full tank made me think there's some sort of miscommunication occurring between the tank and the valve. For my Qashqai, replacing those vent lines did the trick, so hopefully that solves your Livinia's troubles too. In regards to how long it took to fix my car, it's really going to depend on parts availability and how busy your workshop is. For me, it was a two-day job, mainly because they had to order in the parts. Had them the next morning, so they worked on it that day and the one following.
