Hi, thanks for your reply and your experience. Everything in my Peugeot is stuck at the moment, I'm quite frustrated. The warning lights I mean are the ones for tire pressure and engine malfunction. And you're right, there are other symptoms too. The car pulls to the right and I have the impression that the fuel consumption is unnaturally high. My Rifter now has 150246 KM on it, and the last inspection was a few months ago. Of course I had the car taken to the garage, but they couldn't find anything right away... really, really stupid!

Hey, understand your frustration, had similar situations with my Peugeot. A tire pressure warning light could of course mean that you need to check your tire pressure, which could also explain why your car is pulling to the right. But the engine malfunction light is another matter. If the consumption is high, it could be the lambda sensor or the exhaust gas recirculation valve. I'm not a professional, of course, but those were the problems with my Peugeot. I was in the workshop for a while because they couldn't find the fault straight away. In the end, the whole thing cost 1150 euros... Could be something completely different of course, but in my opinion these parts could be the reason for your problems. Hope that helps you in some way! And don't worry, you'll always find a solution! Cheer up!

Hi, thanks again for your support. You are right, I should check my tire pressure and it sounds logical that this could be the reason for the car pulling. I will definitely check that. And as for the engine malfunction light, I think I'll have the lambda sensor and exhaust gas recirculation valve checked. They seem kind of plausible as the possible culprits for the unnatural consumption. Yes, it's stupid that things have gotten complicated with my Peugeot, thanks for the encouragement though. I'll get the car back to the garage and hopefully this time they'll find the problem. Wish me luck!

Hi, I had a similar issue with my 2019 Peugeot 5008, I would rate myself as someone with some experience in car servicing but not really an expert. I had the same issue dealt with at my garage. They identified the problem as "sporadic faulty communication between ECUs". The repair cost me 955 euros. In your case, it would be helpful if you could share more vehicle details, such as the specific warning lights that are coming on, or if there are any other symptoms. That way I might be able to give you more specific advice. Have a safe journey!
