Problems with the blower and air conditioning in the Opel Meriva

Hi everyone, I have a problem with my Opel Meriva. The blower fan intermittently cuts out for one to two seconds and then runs for 20 seconds or a minute before pausing again. The heater resistor from Opel's sub-brand Mopar is new, and I've tried two control units from a junkyard that were supposedly tested, but the problem persists with both. In addition, the air conditioning doesn't work. The compressor has been replaced, and the system is filled and leak-free. What could be the cause of these problems? I've already described the problem to Fabucar, but I only got strange answers. Thanks in advance!
