Problems with seat and mirror heating in an Audi A3

Hi everyone, I have an Audi A3 and I'm experiencing a problem with the seat and mirror heating. The buttons seem to work correctly and I've already checked the fuses. Interestingly, when I connect the OBD and access the unit, everything starts working perfectly. I even did a backup with Carly and during that process the heating works without problems, but when exiting the unit, even though the buttons remain on, the heating stops working. I haven't done any coding recently, so I'm a little lost on what else to check. Has anyone had a similar experience or knows what could be causing this problem? I appreciate any help or suggestions.
