It emits smoky exhaust fumes when accelerating, the check engine light is on, there is a loss of power and the engine runs unevenly. It also jerks when accelerating, makes loud hissing noises and sometimes stalls when idling. I suspect it could be the boost pressure sensor. Hi, I had a similar problem with my Peugeot Expert Diesel, built in 2015. I only have a little experience with cars. At my garage, they found the defect in the waste gate valve and repaired it. It cost me just under 860 euros. Can you perhaps give me more detailed information about your vehicle? For example, the exact engine type or mileage? Then I might be able to help you even better.
