Problems with lane change assistant and blind spot sensor in BMW 5

Hello everyone, I have a BMW 5 Series (2018, 153941 km) and for some time now a message has been appearing on the iDrive that says "driving assistance limited". Although cruise control and parking sensors are working correctly, the lane change assistant and blind spot sensor are not operational.
