Problems with cooling/heating and blower on the Mini Paceman 2013: experiences and solutions

Hey guys, I'm having some problems with my 2013 Mini Paceman. The cooling/heating and the fan are not working properly. Could this be due to the electric auxiliary heater malfunctioning? If any of you have ever had the same problem, how did you get it fixed in the workshop and what were your experiences? I would be grateful for any tips!

Hi, I had a similar problem with my 2011 Mini Countryman, I'm not a car expert but have some experience. I took the car to my local garage and the problem was a fault in the climate control panel. They had to replace the whole part. The repair cost me 980 euros. Could you perhaps give more details about your car? Then I might be able to help you more precisely. Greetings!
