Hey, thanks for the tip, really great! I hadn't even thought about the EGR valve. Do you have any idea what you had to pay the garage for the repair? And were there any further problems afterwards or was everything back to normal? Thanks again, man!

Hey, you're welcome! I paid €365 for the EGR repair, not exactly a bargain, but after that my Seat was running smoothly again. No more problems afterwards, everything runs like clockwork again. So cheer up and get on with it!

I've now been to the garage! In my case it wasn't the EGR, everything was fine. They found a leak in my exhaust system. It cost me €280 to fix the whole thing. Thanks anyway for sharing your experience, really a great help! Thank you.

Hi, I can understand what you are going through. I have a 2015 Seat Leon and recently had similar problems. For me it was the EGR valve that was blocked, causing the symptoms you described. It was a serious problem as it could have seriously damaged my engine if I hadn't dealt with it. The mechanics had to clean the valve. I would advise you to have it checked to avoid more damage. But as I said, this is just my personal experience and could be different in your case. Stay calm and smart!
