Opel Cascada 2017: Navigation and audio system failure - searching for solutions and tips

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my 2017 Opel Cascada (petrol engine, 106,711 km driven) and have not been able to find a solution so far. Both the sat nav and the audio system are completely on strike and I fear there may be a signal error in the audio system. I didn't have such a good experience with my last mechanic, so I wanted to ask around here. Have any of you had problems like this before and perhaps a good tip on what I could do? Hi, I had a similar problem with my 2015 Opel Astra. It turned out that the cable connection of the audio system was actually faulty. The mechanic had to take the whole system apart and check the cables. It was a bit nerve-wracking, but in the end everything was fine again. It was a lot of hard work and definitely not child's play. Hey, no problem, anytime. Yes, I remember that the audio repair cost me exactly €155, which fixed the cable connection problem. It was such a heck of a job, but at least everything worked again afterwards. I never had any problems after that, and fortunately the signal error problem with the audio system was also fixed. So I have nothing to complain about since then. Hopefully you'll be just as lucky and your Opel Cascada will soon be better again! Greetings!
