Thanks for the feedback. I haven't checked the flasher relay specifically. Where is that located, and how would I test it? As for the lamp replacement, I just used the standard replacement part recommended at the auto parts store. Is there a specific wattage I should be looking for?

The flasher relay location varies by model, but typically it is found in the fuse box, either under the dashboard or in the engine compartment. Consult your owner's manual for the exact location. Testing it requires a multimeter to check for continuity and proper voltage. Regarding the lamp replacement, verify that the new lamp matches the original's wattage, specified in your owner's manual or on the original lamp itself. However, given the diagnostic error stored, a visit to a qualified workshop is recommended to diagnose the underlying electrical issue.

Just wanted to update you the workshop confirmed it was a defective signal lamp. They replaced it, and the error is gone. Total cost was 95€. Thanks for your help!

The symptoms you describe are consistent with a common fault related to the turn signal circuit. While the broken lens is an obvious issue, the error message suggests a deeper electrical problem. I encountered a similar problem on my previous Opel. Have you checked the flasher relay? Also, are you using the correct wattage lamp replacement?
