Mini Paceman auxiliary battery issue

My 2015 Mini Paceman is showing an error message related to the auxiliary battery on the speedometer. The error memory also shows a related issue, and there's noticeable voltage drop, making engine start difficult plus a general electrical malfunction. I suspect the auxiliary battery is not being charged. Any thoughts on this?

I had a similar issue with my Paceman. Check the auxiliary battery voltage when the engine is off. What reading do you get?

I checked the voltage and it appears to be low. What was the eventual solution in your case?

Yes, that's exactly what happened to me. A faulty auxiliary battery can cause a voltage drop affecting the car electronics. I would recommend a battery replacement at the workshop.

Problem solved. Battery replacement done. The car electronics are working normally now. Repair cost was 290€. Thanks for your help.
