Mini One Diesel Jerking and Stalling

Okay, so the manifold sensor is usually bolted directly onto the intake manifold itself. It's a small electrical component with a connector. As for the gasket leak, look for dark, grimy buildup around where the intake manifold connects to the engine head. It'll often be oily and attract dirt. Honestly, with all those symptoms, it does sound like a leak in the intake manifold. Given the potential cost of messing things up, I'd seriously consider getting it checked out by a workshop.
