Intermittent Audio Issues in BMW X5

I own a 2020 BMW X5 with 25,000 km on it, and I'm experiencing issues with the audio system. Specifically, I've lost sound from the rear channels and the bass. Occasionally, the sound returns, but then it disappears again. Has anyone else experienced this problem, and what could be causing these intermittent audio issues? Any advice on how to fix it would be greatly appreciated.
