Fuel gauge and available mileage issue on a Citroen C3

Good evening, I have a petrol Citroen C3 with 39,000 kilometers. Yesterday I filled the tank with petrol, but the gauge on the dashboard doesn't show it as full; it remains a small notch before full. Additionally, on the screen that shows the available kilometers, it now only displays the consumption in L/100 and doesn't show any available kilometers at all, only dashes (---). Has anyone experienced a similar problem or knows what might be wrong?
