When I run a diagnostic, the results are no longer displayed on my phone as before, but are sent to my email inbox. My subscription is valid until October 2025. This problem occurred after purchasing my new Samsung S24. I've tried reinstalling the application and checking the Bluetooth connection, but nothing works.
