Dacia Lodgy acceleration and smoke problems

Hello, I have a Dacia Lodgy and I have problems with acceleration. The engine won't accelerate, I can't go more than 30 km/h, and sometimes it smokes. Also, the dashboard lights come on and then go out. What could be the possible causes of these problems? Thanks in advance for your help.
