Carly and immobilizer deactivation on BMW 5

I have a problem with my BMW 5. When I try to start the engine, the battery is low and the car won't start. After several attempts to start, the immobilizer has activated, presumably due to the low voltage. My question is: Can Carly deactivate the immobilizer?
