BMW 3 Lock/Unlock Problem

Greetings! I have a BMW G21 3 Touring and in the last few days I have noticed that it doesn't always lock with the keyless open/close function. Interestingly, the opening always works, but the locking does not always. Anyone have any idea what the problem might be? Maybe I should update the system? Thank you in advance for your answers!
