Audi A8 Diesel 2015: Warning light and suspension problems on uneven surfaces

Dear community, I have the following problem with my diesel Audi A8 from 2015 (almost 79000 km run). It bucks a lot on bumps and jumps extremely, and a warning light comes on in the speedometer. My suspicion is that there is a fault in the suspension damper adjustment. Has anyone had similar experiences and can tell me how it went at the mechanic? Would be super grateful for your tips, as I've had less luck recently. Thanks in advance.

Hey, I had a similar problem with my Audi A7, which is from 2012. Like you, the warning light came on. It was the damper adjustment. The mechanics repaired the damper adjustment and then everything ran like clockwork again. First they read the fault codes from the system. Once the problem was identified, they reset the damper settings to the normal position. As it was a serious fault, I had it done immediately. It's certainly better to get it fixed as soon as possible before it leads to even bigger problems. Hope this helps!

Hey, sure, no problem! I paid €155 to have the damper adjustment repaired due to the faulty cable connection. Since I've been to the mechanic, the fault has been rectified and there have been no further problems. Everything is now running like clockwork again.
