Hey, no problem, always happy to help! The repair cost me €45, which I thought was really okay for fixing the wrong software values for the fuel pump. Since the mechatronics technician got to work on my Skoda, the car has actually been running smoothly again. The defect in the fuel pump was rectified and everything has been great ever since. Not even the slightest problem like before. I hope your Skoda makes the same positive steps as mine again soon!

Hey, that's really cool! I'm relieved that it went well for you. 45.0€ is a really good offer, hopefully I'll be that lucky. Thanks again for the information and yes, I also hope that my Skoda gets better soon. I wish you continued good and trouble-free driving. See you then!

Hey, I completely understand your concerns. Had similar challenges with my 2017 Skoda Karoq. And yes, it definitely sounded like a fuel pump issue, in my case it was "incorrect software values for the fuel pump" according to the garage. My car also lit up like a Christmas tree and started cold longer, not to mention it sounded more like a tractor than a car. I went to a garage who did a technical check. And yes, it was indeed the fuel pump software that was causing the problem. They had to update the software and do some calibrations to get the pump running smoothly again. It was quite involved and yes, it is a serious problem. But since the repair I haven't had any more problems with my Karoq. Hope this helps you a bit.
