Hey, cheers for the response! By the sounds of it, seems like you've been through a similar pickle with your V70. You're right, even small issues like this can be a proper pain when the weather tanks. Hey, do you remember how much you shelled out to get this all fixed up? And since the repair, has the issue popped back up or has everything been all clear? Just trying to gauge what's in store for my wallet and my V60. Thanks!

Hey there! Yeah, it was a bit of a bother but it turned out to be manageable. To give you an idea, I ended up spending around 25 quid on fixing the low washer fluid problem. Since then, I've had no recurrence whatsoever with the same issue. My V70 is running smooth just like old times. I reckon you shouldn't have too much to worry about with your V60 either. All the best!

Ace, that's a relief to hear. Just 25 quid and everything sorted? Sounds like a pretty good deal to me. Thanks for sharing your experience, I'm feeling better about taking the V60 in now. Here's hoping for it to run just as smooth as your V70 post fix. Cheers again for all your help, really appreciate it!

Hey, had a similar issue with my 2003 Volvo V70, not too different from your V60. My headlights were acting up, turned out it was indeed connected to the washer fluid being low. Basically, your headlight cleaning system needs fluid to work properly. The garage just topped up the washer fluid and made sure there were no leaks in the reservoir and hoses. They also had to replace a pump. It's not a massive issue, but if left unchecked, it can cause hindrance, especially in bad weather when you need your headlights to be their clearest. Just take it to your local garage, explain the problem, they should be able to diagnose it pretty quickly. Thankfully, it's not something that should keep your car off the road for too long. Good luck!
