Hi, I had a similar problem with my 2010 VW Phaeton. The car was constantly bouncing and the axle load distribution was completely uneven. Strongly suspected the air springs, like yours. It was a pretty serious problem, as it not only affects driving comfort, but also driving safety. On my last visit to the garage they changed the air suspension completely, quite a big job, but solved the problem. I was pleased with the work, they did a good job. Hello, I'm glad my answer was helpful. If I remember correctly, the replacement with the new air suspension system cost me about 590 €. But best of all, since I had the repair done, the air suspension bellows valve has not been faulty and the car now runs smoother and more stable than ever.
