Troubleshooting Call Answering Issue with 2015 Lexus IS Hybrid's Hands-Free Microphone System

Howdy! I appreciate your inputs and advice. For sure I hope it's not the same issue you had. My Lexus IS has got about 17483 KM on it since my last service. It's really weird that this issue popped up because it seemed fine up until recently. Didn't face any similar issue or anything prior. Hey there! Yeah, it does sound like you've got a perplexing issue there. Considering your mileage, I wouldn’t expect this sort of thing to just crop up out of nowhere. From my experience, sometimes a simple system reset might do the trick. You know, just disconnect your car battery for around 10 to 15 minutes, then reconnect it to reset the system. But hey, if it still persists, I'd absolutely recommend taking it to that local workshop. They have a way of figuring these things out, even if it might mean lighter pockets (ouch!). Hey again! So I tried the system reset trick you suggested - definitely a simpler and cheaper solution to try before rushing it off to the workshop. Unfortunately, the problem is still there. Appreciate the help though! Looks like it's workshop time for my Lexus. If it turns out to be the same as your issue, I guess lucky for me it's not 815 Euro, right? I'll drop an update soon.
