Hey, thanks for your response and sharing your experience! Funny you mention leaks because I hadn't really thought about that. As for the outdoor temperature, it doesn't seem to make a difference whether it's hot or cold. The warm air issues persist. I haven't checked the Freon levels yet or inspected my A/C for leaks, but that's definitely something I'll do this weekend. By the way, my Creta has run about 22966 km; had its last service about six months ago. I suppose I could take it in for a check, but any pointers before I do that would be ace! Cheers!

Hey, no worries, we're all here to help each other out! Good move on your part to check for leaks and the Freon levels, definitely. When my A/C was acting up, I remember someone told me it could be due to low refrigerant, a faulty compressor, or even some blockage in the system itself. Based on your car's mileage and the last service, it's unlikely (but not impossible) to be wear and tear related. Oddly enough, a friend of mine with a 2017 Creta had a similar issue and it turned out to be a damaged electrical wiring in the A/C system that was causing the inconvenience. You could look into that as well before going to your mechanic, might save you some bucks! In any case, do pop back and share what you find out. It could help the next bloke with the same trouble. Good luck with it, hope you get your cool breeze back soon! Cheers!

G'day! That's a good point about the electrical wiring, hadn't thought of that before. I guess it’s a bit more complicated than I initially suspected, but your insight gives me a starting point. Between this and what others have shared about refrigerant and compressor issues, I reckon I've got a fair bit to consider before taking it to the mechanic. Hopefully, this weekend I can figure a thing or two out by myself and then make an informed decision. I’ll definitely let you know how it unfolds. Fingers crossed it's not going to cost me an arm and a leg. Thanks for your help, much appreciated! Cheers.

Hey there! I had a similar issue with my 2015 Hyundai Tucson. I'm no expert, just a guy with some experience tussling with cars. Anyway, I took it to my local workshop. Turns out, my A/C was leaking! I was shocked, but jeez, these things happen, right? I ended up forking out about 495€ to get it all fixed up. It's been running like a charm ever since, though, so the investment was worth it. For your situation, some more details might be helpful to diagnose further. What's the temperature outside when this happens? Have you tried checking the A/C for leaks? How about the Freon levels, did you check them yet? Don't forget to share these details; it might help us get to the bottom of your trouble. Hope this helps!
