Skoda Yeti power window malfunction

My 2013 Skoda Yeti with a gasoline engine has a power window problem. The power windows are inoperative and an error is stored in the error memory. I suspect a defective power window switch, but am unsure. Could this be related to the window regulator or the regulator motor?

Sounds like a sticky situation. Error codes are useful, but can be misleading. Before you go ripping the door panel off, have you checked the basics? Any chance it's a fuse? Common issue with power windows. Also, is the error consistently present or intermittent? Intermittent faults can be a pain to diagnose. Could be a wiring issue too, they tend to get brittle over time.

I have not checked the fuse yet. Where is the fuse box located in a 2013 Skoda Yeti? And how can I test the fuse?

Fuse box location is in the cabin, usually near the steering wheel or in the glove box; check your owner's manual for the exact location and fuse diagram. As for testing, visually inspect the fuse for a broken filament. If it looks good, use a multimeter to check for continuity. However, if all fuses are good, it may be a defective power window switch as initially suspected. Given the error code and symptoms, and if you are not comfortable with auto electrics, a visit to a workshop might be prudent. They can properly diagnose it and replace the faulty window control.

Acknowledged and thank you. It was indeed the power window switch. Repair completed; total cost 200€.
