Skoda Octavia Hybrid Error Message

In my case, after a lot of head-scratching, it turned out to be incorrect coding after a software installation. If resetting the codes doesn't work, and the engine light comes back immediately, I would recommend taking it to a workshop. They'll be able to check the coding properly.

You were right, it was a coding issue. The workshop said something went wrong with a software installation and the car's computer got confused. They recoded it, and the malfunction indicator is gone, no more engine light. Cost me 360€ but it's sorted now. Thanks for your help.
