The workshop replaced the alternator and the wiring harness. It was no small job, but everything ran smoothly again afterwards. It's best to have this checked, it sounds like a similar problem. The fault was due to a subsequent fault in the vehicle's electrics, and fortunately it didn't cost anything to fix, i.e. €0. Since then, the Kodiaq has been running again without any problems. So if you have similar symptoms, I can only recommend having the electrics checked.
