Hey, I'm not a car expert, but I have a bit of experience with my 2020 Citroen Berlingo. I had a similar problem to yours. I had a faulty cable connection. I took it to my regular garage and they fixed it for me. It cost me around 155 euros. Can you give me more details about your vehicle? Year of manufacture, model and the like? Maybe then I can help you more specifically.

I would also recommend that you check whether there is a software update for the navigation system. Sometimes such errors can also be rectified by this.
