Seeking Solutions for a Sudden Navigation and Audio System Failure in a 2021 Mazda CX-3

Hey fellow car lovers, I'm dealing with a weird issue on my 2021 Mazda CX-3 with a Gasoline engine. Both the Navigation and audio systems have packed up all of a sudden. I suspect it could be something to do with the Navigation system image data being screwy, but not 100% sure. Has anyone ever dealt with this? I’m eager to know your troubleshooting experiences or any specific tips that I could use. Most importantly, how did you work things out with the workshop? Would love to hear your stories!
