Hey, cheers for the response! It’s a huge relief that someone’s experienced the same issue. Oh, I haven't noticed any specific noises when I try to crank up the heating or cooling though. Only thing that's getting on my nerves is the inconsistent blower and the pathetic heating/cooling performance. My Tarraco has 72863 KM on it and was last serviced just a few months back at my local garage, so I was kinda thrown off guard when this problem popped up. Let's see, I might swing by Herschel’s Garage to get it checked. Thanks again for the tip!
Absolutely no problem, happy to help! If there aren't any peculiar noises coming from it and the main problem seems to be between the blower and the heating/cooling, it might also be a good idea to check the blower motor or the thermostat. I had an issue with my blower motor once, and symptoms were similar. Though, keep in mind, I'm not a car-guru! About the heater: it was diagnosed pretty quickly at Herschel’s, so hopefully they'll be able to help you out as well. With your Mileage and recent service, this kind of issue is indeed odd. You know what they say - when it rains, it pours. Good luck getting it fixed, and do keep us posted about how it goes!
Thanks! Indeed, let's hope it doesn't pour this time. I’ll explore your suggestions about the blower motor and thermostat before I make my trip to Herschel’s Garage. I kinda hope it’s an easy fix, as I really don’t want to shell out big bucks on this. I've got your back if you need any assistance as well in the future. I'll definitely keep you updated on what comes out of this. You've been a great help. Cheers!
Hey there! I own a 2022 Seat Alhambra Diesel, pretty similar situation happened to me too. I must say, I'm just an average Joe when it comes to cars and can't call myself an expert. My symptoms were the same, and it turned out indeed to be a faulty electric auxiliary heater. Herschel's Garage is where I usually go, great set of lads there. They had to replace the heater which cost me about 350 Euro. Be aware though, the costs can vary. To delve deeper, could you let me know what kind of noises or signs your Tarraco shows when you crank up the heating or cooling? That might help me give you a better idea. Cheers!
