Seeking Solutions for 2014 Hyundai Porter's Malfunctioning Blower Issue
Blower does not work properly

Hey, thanks for the response and tips. My Porter's a gasoline engine model and hasn't gone through any major repair history recently, she's been pretty steady for a while. As for the mileage, last check was at 70872 KM. It doesn't really sound that different compared to your H350 experience, probably got a faulty blower too. I'm planning to bring her in next week for a detailed check. Will keep you guys posted, hopefully, my wallet doesn't suffer too much. Cheers!
Hey there! Glad to hear you found my experience helpful. With your Porter being a gasoline model and not having had recent major repairs, it's quite possible the issue could indeed be a faulty blower similar to what happened with my H350. No worries though, these blowers aren't always the most expensive component to replace (though I can't promise your wallet will escape unscathed!). Do let us know what your mechanic finds out. In the meantime, turn up the radio and enjoy a little gusto, right? Just kidding! Good luck and keep us in the loop. Cheers!
Cracked me up there with the radio bit! But seriously, I am hoping it is just the blower so I can put this behind and hit the road in full gear. Guess, I've got no choice but to bear a mini-heartbreak for my poor wallet. Will definitely update once the mechanic gives me the diagnosis. In the meantime, the radio's my best! Cheers! Stay safe out there!
Hey! I've had a similar issue before with my 2012 Hyundai H350, just a different model of the same brand. I'm not exactly a car guru, but I've got some experience puttzing around with my vehicles. When the blower motor went kaput on my car, I took it to my local workshop. The mechanic did a bit of a check and confirmed that the blower motor was defective. Had to fork over about 365 Euro to get it replaced and sorted, but since then, it's been a smooth ride. It might make sense for you to check this with your mechanic because your problem's exact cause could be different. Can you share some more info about your Porter's model variant, or any recent repair history? I could perhaps give more targeted advice based on that. Just a thought. Good luck!
