Sure, cheers for the quick reply. Just to add some info, the overall performance is still pretty decent despite the mileage of around 142465 km, no red flags there really. Only thing is, it feels like there's less pull from the engine above 120 km/hr - don't know if that should be a thing of concern. The latest service was pretty routine with no major issues highlighted. Let me know what you think.

Hey, thanks for the details. That mileage isn't too crazy for these type of cars and doing over 120 km/hr sometimes can indeed feel a bit sluggish. So no worries there! Next, about the dim lights and weak start, it's definitely possible it could be tied to the emergency battery issue I mentioned. It seems your car is still managing to run fine thanks to your primary battery, but if the secondary (emergency) battery fails, you might see symptoms like these. I'd recommend going to the service center. Have them check both the batteries. Just to warn you, if the secondary battery is discharged, they'll likely suggest a replacement, not a recharge. That’s what they did with mine. Let’s hope it's not dead yet though. Best of luck and do keep us posted! Cheers!

Spot on! I appreciate your thorough insights and advice. I'll certainly take the car to the service center this week to get both batteries checked. Fingers crossed it's not a replacement scenario. Thank you for the info and the heads-up. I'll keep you posted on what happens next. Cheers!

Hey there. I had almost the same issue with my 2020 Renault Captur Hybrid last year. To give you a bit of context, I'm not a car guru or anything, but have some experience in troubleshooting common issues. Noticed the same weird startups and light flickering, turned out it was a dead emergency battery indeed. Managed to get it fixed at my local Renault workshop, cost me about 110 euro. They said the issue was the emergency battery being completely discharged. But, to give you a more precise suggestion, could you tell me more about the symptoms? How's the overall vehicle performance been lately? That'd help me share more detailed insights. Cheers!
