Sometimes they function properly, sometimes they don't. However, I've noticed the wipers acting up mostly during heavy downpours. And I don't think I've ever seen the headlight cleaning system operate properly. My Kia Retona's clocked in around 195653 KM. I haven't got it serviced recently, so that might be playing a part.
