Hi and thanks for the quick reply! Nice to hear from someone who has had a similar issue. In terms of additional info, my Tarraco has clocked around 147763 KM km, and the last servicing was done quite recently, but they didn't notice this issue then. I've not spotted any error messages or warning lights on the dashboard as of yet. Fingers crossed that it might be something covered under warranty like in your case. I'll get in touch with my local mechanic and mention the possibility of faulty valves in the A/C system. I'll keep you posted on what they find. Cheers for the help!
Hey there again! No problem at all, glad to be of some help. That's a bit surprising that they didn't catch this during your last servicing. But then again, unless your A/C was acting up right then, they might not have noticed. Your Tarraco's mileage is a little higher than when mine started having issues, but it sounds like it could be something similar. I would definitely mention the experience with my Ateca to your mechanic, who knows, it might point them in the right direction. Of course, this is just a guess base on my past experience, they'll be able to tell you more precisely. Here's hoping it's something that could be covered under warranty. Keep us updated when you find out more, it could be beneficial for other Tarraco owners facing the same issues. Good luck!
Cheers for the additional advice! Couldn't agree more, hopefully, it's not too serious and maybe even covered under the warranty. I'll be sure to pass on the info to my mechanic and hopefully that will give him a good starting point. Once everything's sorted I'll definitely post an update on here - hoping it might help someone else in the future. Thanks again for your help and guidance!
Hey there, I had a similar problem with my 2017 Seat Ateca. It's not exactly the same model, but pretty close! As for my car expertise, I’d say I have some experience, but I'm by no means a pro. In my case, I found out it was faulty individual valves in the air conditioning system. So, I took my car to the local workshop, after a few tests, they confirmed it. The good news was they fixed it without any charges as it was covered under warranty, so I paid 0.00 Euro. Your problem seems to be pretty similar, but different models might have different specifics. Could you share a bit more about your car? Maybe stuff like your mileage, any recent maintenance, or any error codes are popping up? This could help giving a more accurate prognosis. Cheers!
