Hey, thanks for the swift reply! I'd commend your memory on that 2002 Dacia issue. So, getting to my car, it's a 119160 KM km old venerable beast with the last service done not too long ago. The problem emerged right after a long drive. I noticed that neither the audio system nor the navigation system was functioning. I'll check about the defective bass speaker at a workshop because I'm quite clueless about this audio stuff myself. If it fixes the problems, then 280 Euro would definitely sound reasonable. Nevertheless, will keep you posted! Cheers!
Hey! No worries at all, always happy to help a fellow Dacia driver. I find these issues tend to crop up after some long trips, so it's definitely possible that your speaker's seen better days. One thing you might try before shelling out any cash is to check the fuses - I've heard of cases where it could be as simple as a blown fuse messing with the electronics. If it's not the speaker, it might save you a few Euro. Once you've checked that, if the issue persists, then, by all means, get that speaker issue checked out. Keep us updated on how you go! In the meantime, I'll dig around to see if I can find any additional info on your specific model that might help. Don't let this setback spoil your fun. Cars will be cars! Good luck and cheers!
Hey, thanks for spending some extra time on this! I never really thought about the fuses, might give that a shot before heading to the workshop. You mentioned your advice could save me a few Euro - well, any saved amount is a good amount! Cars will be cars, you got that right. I'll definitely keep you giys posted on how things turn out. In the thick of it all, it's good to have someone experienced to give advice. Cheers!
Hey, sounds like a similar issue I had with my 2012 Dacia Sandero. I'm no car guru, but I've got a bit of experience fiddling around with bits and bobs. Went to my local workshop and it turns out it was a defective bass speaker that was messing things up. Set me back about 280 Euro, but it did fix my audio and navigation problems. Anyway, could you do me a favor and share more specifics about your vehicle? Might be able to help offer some more detailed advice. Cheers!
