Hi there! I appreciate the insights. The Renault Arkana Hybrid I've got is an automatic and just rolled over to 11459 km not too long ago. Had it serviced when reached at 10,000 km so, pretty recent. Good to hear that your experience with the workshop was positive and the problem was sorted without breaking the bank. I think I will take it in for a diagnostic scan to get a more precise idea about the issue. Your advice has been really helpful, cheers!
Hey again! Well, with that recent service and low mileage, it's definitely odd you're having these issues on your Renault Arkana Hybrid. It's a bit tricky since we are dealing with different models here, but I'd still recommend sticking with the idea of a diagnostic scan. There are so many possible culprits with these symptoms, and it's always better to be safe than sorry, you know? I still think the hoses could be worth checking out, maybe even the spark plugs or the fuel injector. But that's something your mechanic should be able to identify during the scan. Fingers crossed it's nothing too serious and you'll get it fixed just in time for the weekend drive. Let us know how you get on, will ya? Best of luck!
Thanks for sticking with me on this, I really appreciate all your advice. You're right, it's best to get a diagnostic scan and let the professionals figure it out, considering the different models and all these possible culprits. I'll definitely ask them to check the hoses, spark plugs and fuel injector. Here's hoping it's nothing serious. I'll definitely drop an update once it's sorted out. Take good care and cheers for everything!
Hey, I had a very similar issue with my 2019 Renault Megane. I'm not a car expert by any means, really only have some general experience, but it sounds to me like your problem may be connected to the system of hoses in your engine. In my case, the guys in the workshop were fabulous. They quickly diagnosed that it was the hoses, added some new ones and the whole thing ended up costing me around 175 euro. The car was running fine afterwards, no more issues. However, a few specifics about your Arkana would help to give a more accurate diagnosis. Could you provide some additional details about your car? Example things like mileage, manual or automatic, and when was your last service? You might need a diagnostic scan to pinpoint the exact problem. Hope this helps, cheers!
