Coolant level low

Hey again, glad to help! Given the age and the mileage on your Lexus, I'd guess a wiring issue could be likely. My RX had a similar track record when the problem hit me. Also, remember to check the coolant level regularly and make sure it's adequately filled. Low coolant can seriously impact engine performance and cause overheat issues like you're seeing. For the radiator shutter... you might be onto something! In my experience it isn't a common cause, but who knows, right? Every car's a little different. If there's no visible issue with your wiring or coolant, it might end up being a sneaky radiator shutter problem after all. Keep us updated on the forum, and don't hesitate to ask more if needed. Let's get your trusty Lexus back into top shape! Cheers!
Hey, you've been invaluable! I'll run a check on the coolant, wiring, and maybe even the sneaky radiator shutter. I promise to keep everyone here on the forum updated on the progress. Who knows, my experience might help out someone else down the line, right? I'm truly grateful for your help. Catch up soon, fam!
Hey! I had quite a similar issue on my 2013 Lexus RX, so maybe this could help ya. I'm no mechanic but have some experience messing around with cars. Went to my trusty local workshop, they found the wiring harness to the sensor was defective and corroded - seemed to have caused my issues. Cost me 155€ to get it all sorted. Did you check the harness on your ES Hybrid? What's your mileage btw? The more details, the more we on the forum can chip in with tips or solutions. Cheers!
