Overheating

Hey, thanks for the quick reply! It's good to hear from someone with a similar issue, gives me hope that it's fixable. My Creta has clocked around 22966 KM and the last service was pretty routine, didn't bring up any major issues. Fingers crossed it's just a wiring problem like yours and nothing more serious. I'll head down to the workshop and have them check out behind the bumper. Thanks for the heads up!
Hey, no worries! Your Creta hasn't done too many KMs, so I doubt it'll be anything too major. The good news is that the problem you're facing is a common one and, in most cases like ours, it's not severe. It usually stems from a faulty part or minor electrical issue that's easy to fix. When you head down to the workshop, make sure you mention the possibility of a faulty radiator shutter wiring - they might not check it out otherwise. And don't worry too much about it - cars are complex machines, and a little problem like this is to be expected from time to time. Best of luck, and I hope that baby of yours is back on the road in no time! Cheers!
Ah, cheers! I appreciate all your help. I'll definitely mention the possibility of a faulty radiator shutter wiring when I bring my Creta to the workshop. Can't wait to have it running smoothly without overheating worries. Here's to cars and their unusual little problems! Thanks again and enjoy cruising in your Tucson. Take care!
Hey there! I had a similar issue with my 2015 Hyundai Tucson, reckon it's the older cousin to your Creta eh? Now, I wouldn't call myself a car savant but I've got some experience under my belt. I took mine to a local workshop where they found that the radiator shutter wiring harness was wonky, and it was hidden right behind the bumper. The fix set me back a cool 270€, but it sorted the problem right out! But hey, every car's different, and it'd be easier to diagnose your Creta's woes if you could share a bit more info about your ride. Mileage, recent repairs, stuff like that would help a ton. Cheers!
