Excessive Bouncing
Uneven Ride Height

Hey there again! That's an interesting point you've brought up. I haven't had any accidents or repairs recently that might've caused this. The ride's been pretty smooth up to 88566KM. But guess it's time I pay a visit to my local workshop. Can't hurt to get it checked, right? A diagnostic could indeed reveal more about what's going on underneath. Thanks for sharing your experience! Will keep you all posted about the progress. Cheers!
No worries, glad I could help! Sounds like you're on the right track now. Getting a professional diagnostic is always a good move, particularly with these tricky, intermittent issues. Let's just hope it's something as comparatively simple as a wiring issue like I had! One more thing, though. On top of the height sensor, do consider getting your shocks and struts checked while you're at it. An excessive bouncing you've mentioned earlier could also be due to worn-out struts or shocks. Might as well cover all bases, right? Eager to hear what the shop finds. Keep us updated, and wish you the best for a quick, affordable fix! Cheers!
Thanks for the additional insight! You're right, I should consider getting my shocks and struts inspected as well. The excessive bouncing is indeed a worry and if everything's checked at the same time, hopefully, it'll save me from more troubles down the lane. Appreciate your support and help! I'll definitely keep you all posted about what I find out from my local workshop. Fingers crossed for not breaking the bank! Cheers and catch ya around!
Hey! I've got some experience dealing with a similar issue on my 2015 Hyundai Grandeur, you know, close cousin to your Aslan. My car knowledge is nothing fancy, just some hands-on hit and trial over the years. My Grandeur started showing erratic ride height, and after much mucking around, it turned out to be a cable connection issue on the sensor. My local workshop diagnosed it, surprisingly was an easy fix, costing me only about 155€. Has your Aslan had any recent accidents or repairs that might've messed up the sensor wiring? Do note that a professional diagnostic could save a lot of guesswork. Looking forward to hearing more about your ride!
