Seeking Advice on Fixing 2021 Renault Arkana Hybrid's Electric Steering Column Adjustment Issue

Hey, I had a pretty similar issue with my 2017 Renault Kadjar. I'm no mechanic but I tinker around cars, so you could say I have some experience. It ended up being the Steering column motor cable. Hey, thanks for the advice! I think the problem started around the time my Arkana hit the 111399 km mark, not so long after its latest service. I didn't think much of it at first, but y'know how these things creep up on you. Gonna give your suggestion a shot and check out the steering column motor cable. I sure hope it's not too expensive.
