Hey! Cheers for the quick reply! That does sound close to what I'm dealing with my Tarraco. The issue seems to be affecting the headlights mainly, not anything else. Good to hear your fix was relatively simple and not too pricey. Like you, I have a bit of mileage on my car (194809 KM to be exact), so these things tend to pop up I guess. I'll definitely look more into the connection and head over to a workshop tomorrow. Fingers crossed it'll be a simple fix, like yours! Thanks a ton for the insights! Will keep you posted. Take care.
Hey again! Spot on with thinking it's a similar issue. Headlights are a common area where such problems tend to crop up. Considering our 'beasts' are pretty much in the same mileage range, I reckon it's worth giving the wiring a good check. Less of a pocket-pinch, you know? And hey, don't worry too much. Our rides are built tough, she'll be back to her prime in no time. Do keep me posted. It's not often you find someone driving the same vehicle and dealing with similar problems. Cheers and good luck at the workshop tomorrow! Take it easy.
Hey! I can't appreciate your advice enough, seriously! You've given me a good starting point to work from and that'll definitely help me explain my issue at the workshop. It eases my mind to hear that it's not an uncommon issue and, hopefully, not a huge hit on the wallet either. Definitely, we've got to look out for each other, us Tarraco and Leon drivers. I'll give you a shout once I have news from my visit to the workshop tomorrow. Fingers crossed! Take care and thanks again for everything. Cheers!
Hey there, I faced a similar issue with my 2016 Seat Leon, not a Tarraco but these two are pretty close cousins. Just a regular guy here, but I've gained a bit of car experience from different situations. My issue turned out to be a defective cable connection to the lamp. I took it to my local workshop where they diagnosed and fixed it. The mechanic was fairly straight-shooting and I ended up paying around 180 Euro. The lights have been working fine ever since. Given the nature of these beasts, I suspect you might be dealing with a similar problem. Do you notice the issue on a specific lamp or is it more of a general issue? I'd be happy to help you out with some more insights if you can share a bit more detail regarding your issue. All the best!
