No worries! Always up for a car chat. Not experiencing any other electrical issues is a good sign. Maybe your hunch about the solar sensor could be right after all. It controls how the air con functions in response to sunlight. Keep me posted on how things go at the garage, I’m curious. But you've got a good thing going even taking care of your car regularly. Think about it, 133970 KM without major issues isn't bad at all! I’d say Dacia Logan never ceases to impress. Just keep an eye out for anything out of the ordinary with electricals and you'll be fine. If the air con is still acting up, might be worth it to have a mechanic give the A/C system a full check-up. Stay cool!
Aye, you're right! The Logan hasn’t disappointed me and I’m hopeful it’s a minor problem. The solar sensor theory might just stick, I’ll definitely get that checked along with a full A/C service just to be safe. Thanks for the reassurance and positivity! I'll keep you in the loop on what comes out from the garage. Stay tuned and keep those car chats coming, they're super helpful! Drive safe and catch up soon!
Hey there! I've had a somewhat similar issue with my 2017 Dacia Sandero, not with the air con specifically, but with some weird electric stuff going on. I'm definitely not an expert, just a guy who happens to know a bit about cars. Turned out the wiring harness was in a bit of a pickle in my case. Had to shell out about 155 Euro at my local workshop to get it sorted. They were real good in diagnosing the issue and fixing it pretty quickly. It may not be the same issue with your Logan, of course, but might give you a hint where to look at. Just to dig a bit deeper - noticed any other electrical issues or just the air con misbehaving? More details can help figure out better. Cheers!
